Munster Land Use Update

CHANGES TO OUR MUNSTER OPERATIONS

Cockburn Cement is part of the local community, producing lime and cement at its Munster site since 1955. In 2023, the operational footprint at Munster will reduce as cement manufacturing is consolidated onto our Kwinana site, with only lime manufacturing remaining.

As a result, Cockburn Cement has identified approximately 25-35 hectares of its existing 218 hectares as surplus land that could be rezoned from large-scale, heavy industry and manufacturing for better use as a light and general industry development.
