Seeking sponsorship?

Are you a local community group looking for some assistance?

We are now inviting submissions for the 2022 Community Investment Program. If you know of a non-for-profit organisation that supports the sustainable development and growth of our local community, we encourage you to apply! Cockburn Cement has been a long-time supporter of local community groups, charities, educational programs and sporting organisations.

In 2021, we welcomed new programs and community organisations as well as continued our support of important existing initiatives and projects. Local organisations we have supported include:

  • Coogee Community Gardens – donated cement to build the garden fence and provided support to help establish the garden
  • KIC Programs – iWomen, iScience, iDiversity – support to the KIC Educational Development Program for high school students in the region through site tours and educational presentations
  • Cockburn Cobras Football Club
  • Cockburn Cultural Council Arts Award
  • South Coogee Primary School
  • Spearwood Primary School
  • Beeliar Primary School – supported the Mooditch Koolingar Wadi homework and activities program for Noongar and Aboriginal students
  • Woodman Point Historical Society
  • Yangebup Progress Association – sponsored the Christmas Carols and Family Fair Day
